I recently bought my all american pressure cooker from chef supplies in canada ,and I have tried the cooker for a few times and it's working flawlessly ,the construction is awsome it's built like a thank ! Not to mention the great services I received from chef supplies ,fast and professional .

can hardly wait for next canning season to use this as I didn't have time to use it this years. sturdily constructed and well worth my money.

So far it has worked exactly as advertised. i have been using it and am very happy with my pressure canner! only complaint is that it is heavy but for something that should last me the rest of my life i can always have my son pick it up hehe.

The low score in the review is because I received this item without the weight, racks, and instruction book. I contacted both the seller and the manufacturer directly, and the manufacturer was much quicker. I had to wait even longer until I received these required items from the manufacturer to try out my new, very expensive canner. The manufacturer was wonderful and the product itself is superb. I do not recommend this seller.

Very well made canner

This is my second All American canner, I wanted a smaller one for off season canning small batches. The build quality is exactly what I expected and I am very pleased with the canner.
