I love my knives!

Haven't used them all yet but the ones I have feel comfortable, very sharp (but being new, is expected). I will be submitting review again in future.

Upgrade

So sharp! Havent had these very long yet but they are a huge upgrade from the 10 yr old kitchen aid knives we had!

Best knives for frequent cooks

After purchasing a 6" Chef's knife for my wife, I have purchased several others for friends and family members. I appreciate the sharpness, balance, and classic design.

Very sharp. Finally I am able to cut things with ease, including my thumb! So be careful everyone.

Great Knives Set

I needed to purchased a new set of knives. This is the perfect set to replace my old knives that were worn out. It is easier to slice, dice and mince vegetables and fruits, and meats with little effort. I also like that the knives stay sharp. This is the best set of knives I have ever owned.

Nice, sharp knives!

Arrived in nice boxes and super sharp! I use all 3 knives daily for snacks and meals. I have had them for about a month and I am satisfied.

Sharp, easy on the hand

I recently needed a new knife, current set is 25 years old, and tried out the new ceramic kind. To my dismay I did not get the sharp cutting edge or the fit to my hand handle. I then tried Forged Knives, 3.5 paring knife and now I want the hold set. Sharp cuts thru potatoes with hard pressure, cut tomatoes without mushing them, and can peel an carrot with no problem.

I realized just how old my knives were...

Great set of knives with all the basics

Needed to replace a number of older and lower quality knives, and this set was just the thing. It has the three sizes I use most often, they’re a nice weight, and they are sharp, sharp, sharp! Handles are very comfortable in the hand. These are a pleasure to use.

Super sharp knives

These are outstanding knives! Sharp and they are a beautiful set. Feels great in my hand. Wish they made other types of knives i.e.; nakiri, cleavers, boning, etc. I would buy this set again.

Cheesiest knife set I’ve ever seen

It’s not forged it’s cheap china made junki would definitely not have ever purchased this,but the wife seen one of her friends had it

Quality Knife

Excellent knife, at least so far. The blade could be slightly more rounded to allow for rolling slicing and dicing, but this is a small issue, and one can make the minor adjustment. Buy it, the price is very reasonable for the high quality,

Love this small knife

Love the feel of the handle. Has a nice sharp edge. Very pleased so far. I'm thinking about getting a second one to have also!

The good and the less good, and the ugly

Very good knives. But on the box, it says they are not dishwasher safe. Too bad they are made in China. I like to support the US workers and US economy, not China.

3.5 inch paring knife

Excellent set of knives
