want to return it as it arrived damaged; wayfair's site won't let me push the "continue" button to complete return. shameful

It took a while to put this together, but it's very sturdy and smells nice from the cedar.

At the time I bought it this was almost 200. It is now 300+. At the time I thought this was too expensive for what I got. A bunch of pieces of wood and finishing nails. For the price, you should receive something ready to go due to the time and labor it took to build this. You can easily recreate the look by buying a lattice and some 1x1s for much cheaper and have a bigger trellis for less labor.

Buyer beware . I am rating this product as needs to improve , seriously improve for the price. It has significant quality issues. If you buy this product be warned , you will receive 142 nails, 8 screws , and all the wood pieces to make the frame and trellis and instructions . If you buy two they will come as different sizes , so the cross pieces for the lattice won't fit and you have to cut them with a saw. The instructions are very very basic with no measurements, none of the wood pieces are marked with measurements or markings to aid you on getting a regular trellis pattern. So you need to measure all that yourself. It's a trial by error type of project. So all in all , for the price , I was expecting something much more "finished" without any guess work . For the price I would expect a quality item, there is absolutely no QA process on this product.

It’s lovely! It’s 3 years old now and with the extra help of some chicken wire, I have clematis climbing up it. This adds a nice amount of screening from the cottage road, and a little charm to an ordinary shed.

Perfect - just what I needed. Color fades a bit after 12 months (had them for 18 months now) and the nails will leave a stain at the back. Make sure to position them towards the back.

It looks as described, but I didnt realize that I had to put the entire thing together. They ship you 19 pieces of wood and 132 nails.

It will take you forever to assemble

How is this $150.00? I realized there would be some assembly required, but it comes totally unassembled. It's a box of wood strips along with ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY tiny nails and screws to put everything together. I also just spent 45 minutes sanding all of the wood pieces, which were cut too rough and full of splinters. I regret this purchase.

This was a little of a pain to put together but once it was done it is gorgeous! Great product for the price.

We were looking for something to dress up the wall on the side of the house. This was absolutely perfect!!

Don’t bother with this unit. All you get for the price is lumber and some tiny nails you can’t use. Took many hours to put together using my own screws. Instructions very limited. Could have bought materials at a big box store for a lot less.

Really pretty and the wood is good quality, but is the most challenging item I’ve assembled from wayfair.

For $139, it was too time-consuming and difficult to assemble. Size is good. Hope weathering

I would like to return one of these lattices as after I put one together, I realized it was not heavy duty enough for the application I was intending. I will keep the one I assembled but wish to return the second one which is still in the original box.

The parts fit together perfectly. Took about a hour and a half to assemble

Love this purchase. Some of the instructions were a little vague but we figured it out.

Love it! Definitely happy to have a carpenter/handyman to help me assemble, but lovely. Lighter than I anticipated. I may not leave it out in winter.

Nice Trellis

Takes a bit of time to put together The wood is nice and it comes with the necessary screws and nails. Bought four for in front of our church parsonage It looked that way fifty years ago.

I JUST FINISHED INSTALLING IN MY BACK YARD AND IT WILL BE SPECTACULAR WITH THE CLEMATIS.WOULD SUGGEST AN ALTERNATIVE WAY TO ASSEMBLING:1) ASSEMBLED FRAME WITH POSTS (SUGGEST GLUED AND SCREWED WITH 2 1-2SCREW (provided)2) THEN INSERT TWO OF THE NAILING STRIPS (GLUED AND SCREWED WITH 4x1 BRASS SCREWS)3) INSERT ON TO NAILING STRIPS THE HORIZONTAL SLATS(C), GLUED AND SCREWED 4x3-4 BRASS SCR.4) THEN INSERT THE 2 REMAINING NAILING STRIPS ON TOP OF SLATS (C)(GLUED AND SCREWED5) THEN ADD THE VERTICAL LATHS A&B, AS A FINAL PHASE.THIS WILL INSURE A SOLID ASSEMBLY READY TO FRONT ANY CANADIAN WEATHER.
