One day when I went to get a bottle of wine, it was room temp. I don't pull wine from this very often, so God only knows how long it was room temperature. Allavino said they would send me another one at a discounted price of $600 but I needed to have a tech service it first that's a $275 service call. 875 total for 3 years of service. Sure hope the wine survives.

way louder than anticipated. The fridge is nearly one all day long, and the fan is annoyingly loud. Louder than our 20 year old wine fridge!

We are just getting ready to finish installing our cabinets. This will be a great feature in our new kitchen not just for wine but beer and other beverages.

We've had issues with this fridge and getting the temperature right. It just won't set to what we want, and instead keeps fluctuating despite us not opening or moving the fridge in days/weeks. The manufacturer has been very responsive and communicative with us to help resolve where they can.

Very attractive wine cooler. Holds a lot of wine for a compact unit. I like the pull out shelves. Makes it easy to store and also easy to find what you are looking for. With the pull out shelves you don’t end up with wine hidden in the back and gets old. I like the dual zone feature for reds and whites. it comes with two attractive handles that allow you to better match your existing appliances. Allows for under counter and free standing use.

Unreliable Compressor

Compressor/evaporator system died after only 3 years. Allavino wine coolers are using LG compressors, which are usually not reliable.

It has very nice features. I like the size and the installation options. Efficient storage of many bottles for its size. I was disappointed that the door was on crooked, and had to be adjusted.

loved everything about this on the website and perfect fit for a built in project we were having done. Unfortunately the "dual climate zones" they advertise do not work. I was told they need to be no more than 12 degrees difference. Well, google recommended wine temp for red and white wines and let me know if that works for you. Especially if trying to store champagne. Super disappointed. Returned the item.

Beautiful fridge, not hooked up yet but looks great.

We had another upper end brand for almost 20 years. It died and I did some research. We wanted 56 bottle capacity and dual temperature control. So far very happy with the unit, the quality and function.

Not Lasting

We purchased this unit 2 years ago, and installed in our remodeled kitchen. From first day, the zoning didn't quite exactly work. No matter what temperatures we set, the difference between the zones stayed at only 2-4 degrees. It would be a challenge to fit 56 regular size wine bottles in this refrigerator. Only two years after we purchased, the wine cooler stopped cooling. I called the manufacturer to find out how to fix the problem. The compressor was under warranty, and could be replaced at no cost however, I would have to pay for diagnosis by a technician, pay for shipping, and pay for labor for installation. I estimated around $700-$800 out of pocket. It was definitely not worth it. Real disappointment!

This was purchased because it was said to be able to maintain very consistent temperature, among other things. We were a bit disappointed that, even when full, it still has temperature swings of several degrees. Shortly after purchase, we called the company about this issue, and they said it works better the more full the wine fridge is; but that doesn't seem to make much difference. It's nice that it holds so many bottles and that it has two different zones. I was surprised, though, that it doesn't seem to be able to hold a large (1.5 L) wine bottle, even in the larger shelf on the bottom (due to the bulge inside the fridge where the components must be). It kicks on and off a bit, making humming noises, which I suppose should be expected. Overall, it holds wine bottles, and keeps it close to temperature. I haven't had other wine fridges ever, so I cannot compare; but for its price, I would recommend researching other options perhaps.

When I saw the images in your store, I was skeptic. How can you put in 30 bottles in that and the shelves are not going to collapse. So, I tried it out when it arrived in my doorstep. And the shelves are very sturdy. Very happy customer here.
