Never purchase furniture, sight unseen- lesson learned!
Perfect size chair for me. It is a handsome looking piece of furniture.The material is a buttery leather and the seat is quite comfortable. The unexpected part of this purchase? it was not in the showroom, so I could not sit on it and try it. I saw it online and called to order it. The recline is too dramatic, so I can not go back far enough without being on my back, which I do not like. So I sit more forward. It does not have a head adjustment for when you go back, so I feel like I am laying down. Lumbar would have been nice. For the price we paid, not worth it. Not having it in the showroom was a mistake for Raymours and for us.
not leather, pleather
"vegan" leather. cracked and peeled within a year. lopsided when reclined. waiting for replacement from Hooker. you get what you pay for, wouldn't purchase again.
The chair is well made. It is not a large recliner but it is good for my husband and my size.
Hooker is a great manufacturer and this chair does not disappoint. It’s not as fugly as most recliners. It cushions you like a cloud and the power recline lets you stop at any point instead of up, back or laying down. I’m 5’8” and its perfect. My husband is 6’2” and it’s great for him as well. The only hiccup was the delivery. Maybe because we live in Maine, but it took over 2 months to get these to us.
