What product?

Still haven’t received the item. Ordered it from here because it had a June delivery. When didn’t receive it I called only to find out there was a phantom email telling me it was delayed until beginning of July. When I asked for an exact ship date it suddenly became October. Now the company is sending me emails to write a review?

Incredible customer service!

I ordered the Multi Level Wood & Metal Wall Shelf but it arrived with a defect right in the front of the item. I contacted the company and Rebecca assured me that a replacement would be shipped, but not until January. (At the time of my replacement order request they were out of stock- no wonder, it is a beautiful product). As promised, my shelf arrived and it is beautiful. It is perfect for displaying smaller items/photos and is just stunning. I would highly recommend this company and its products!

As described - fast shipping

The fireplace was as described. It is sturdy and very rich looking. It will function as a true fireplace screen. not just decorative. However as seen on the photos there is a space from the bottom of the screen to the "floor" where embers can and will pop out. Be responsible. I shopped around for this product and this was the best deal on the internet. Very happy with my purchase.
