Awesome product!!!!

We purchased this several months ago. Our son-in-law and his brother put it in very easily! This toilet is a SNAP to clean!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the removable seat and lid!!!! We have saved on average 500 gallons a month of water!!!!! So very glad we have this!

Looks really nice and seems to function as expected. The modern, one piece design makes this very challenging to install. The access area for the bolts is extremely limited and requires precise adjustments with tools.

We recently redid our bathroom and as I was looking for a toilet, this one kept speaking to me. I really wanted comfort seating height and for it to be one piece which makes cleaning super easy. This seemed to fit the bill.  Installation was not complicated at all and it looks gorgeous in my new space. The added benefit is the dual function flusher so you can save water. Cleaning as expected has also been a breeze as nothing gets stuck behind. I purchased this through Wayfair but so many other websites have it available.

Absolutely horrible experience with Wayfair and this toilet. Not only is it very difficult to install, but ours arrived with a crack on the bottom that we did not notice. We installed and it kept leaking at the base. We finally had a plumber come out to check it and they discovered the crack. We had to pay the plumber and are now out additional money that Wayfair doesn't care about. We asked for a refund and Wayfair says we MUST repackage the toilet and return it. For reference, it's over 100 lbs. Not a good experience with Deer Valley, and not happy with Wayfair's poor customer service. They sent me a 10% off ONE ITEM coupon as a "sorry". What a joke.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase! It did not come with any of the bolts covers or side caps. They are all missing. The next issue is the packaging box was ripped up, and mashed and looked like it had fallen out of the truck and onto the freeway before delivery. The next issue is the water and flush are horrible. A test of three toilet paper squares and it won’t even go down. We can’t use this toilet at all and should have stuck with a trusted brand. The Cost for a professional installation was wasted. I am waiting to hear back from Wayfair and the MFG regarding this purchase. It’s extremely disappointing! Don’t waste your money!

[Rewarded Review] Very sleek and modern

We have been needing to replace the guest room toilet because it was the original one that came with the house. This was a really nice upgrade. I’ve never had an all in one unit before and it was nice not having to worry about making sure the seal between the tank and the bottom was tight enough. Make sure the float is right. Plus this comes with a wax ring, new mounting hardware and everything you need. It is pretty heavy, so just keep that in mind if you’re doing it yourself. I would highly recommend

Terrible customer service from Wayfair! We bought this toilet and had a plumber installed it for us. After the installation, the plumber found out that the water fitting was broken and the flushing buttons werent long enough to reach the fitting to flush water. He tried to reallign them but couldnt. Affer a while, he came up with a solution to add the screws as an extensions to the buttons. He charged us more for the extra work of course. We reached out to Wayfair customer service for some compensation due to the defects, they redirected us to the vendor. When we contacted the vendor, they wouldnt want to compensate for anything but to replace the water fitting Not what I wanted for a 350 toilet. Its supposed to be a high end product

Rough in specs

My issues are that the toilet specs call for 12” rough in however upon opening the installation instructions the toilet is said to be a true 12” inch rough in. Meaning the flange must sit 12” from the drywall. That actually makes it an 11.5” rough in when the drywall is accounted for. Thankfully I roughed in my drain to 12.5” to allow a 1/2” tolerance. If I had plumbed the drain to 12” rough in….THE TOILET INSTALLATION WOULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE…. This needs to be addressed on the online specs

Also another issue is that in order to bring the warranty into effect the toilet must be installed by a licensed and insured plumber. This seems to me like a way the company could get out of future warranties and it also drives the price point up from from $300 to $7-800 or more depending installer, if you want a warrantied product. Also on my previous review concerning the rough in…my toilet touches the wall, because of rough in spec inaccuracies. And like I said, that is at 12.5” rough in.

I got my dad to install me this new Toilet that Influenster gifted me ! When i first got the news that i got it i was so shocked ! So long story short ... we recently just got a new mobile home and we have started renovating it little by little and the previous toilet we had was so small . This toilet is so fancy , i love the push buttons it has on top , doesnt waste too much water either . I love that it is very flat and that makes it so much easier to clean . My favorite part about this is that it has a small toilet seat for my toddler 🥹 . My toddler has recently begun to start going potty training and this makes me so happy , just in time .🫶🏼 Thank you influenster for helping me build my home !

I love this toilet design and bathroom curb appeal. It is very chic and stylish! more than likely, I will order one for my upstairs bathroom as well. So far it works beautifully. For now, it's one of my new favorites sitting places. I am tall and I love the 18-inch height. it is better on my legs and allows me to sit and stand more comfortably. Wayfair is definitely now of my top radar of go to first places for shopping.

The toilet is beautiful, the ceramic part is high quality. However, 1) the seat is very cheap and low quality, the accessories, especially the bolts, are also cheap ones. 2) it’s extremely difficult to install because the holes are too small. The best way to tighten the bolts is to reach it from the back, provided that there’s enough room against the wall.

The picture exaggerates the height of this fixture. It is a smart compact design. It is a solid functional toilet. We chose it for the reviews on the split flush toilets and this was the only toilet Home Depot delivered without an additional $80 delivery charge. My only slightly negative comment is that the plastic seat is very plastic and light weight and feels cheap. But overall this is a well-designed solid toilet.

Modern toilet

This is the second toilet we've ordered of this model. The clean modern design updated our bathrooms nicely. My husband easily installed both toilets. They work well and don't clog easily. The only minor issue was that the toilet was delivered to our neighbor's house instead of ours but that was the fault of the delivery service, not Home Depot or Deer Valley.

Purchased this toilet and had a licensed master plumber tell me the seal was broken this resulting in the toilet to continuously running and leaking 24/4 unless turned off. Reached out to support and was provided a video on troubleshooting. Did all the steps and nothing worked as I need a new seal/ring for it which is something will not provide or know where to purchase. Having to now buy a new toilet as no solution was given to me after receiving defective toilet.

[Rewarded Review] Very high quality toilet

This one piece toilet is very nice and easy to install. It comes with everything you need to install it except the water. It has an elongated bowl and comes with the seat cover and soft closing seat. The flush button is on the top of the lid. It has a dual flush option. The smaller button is for smaller flushes and the bigger button is for bigger flushes. It uses very little water to flush but it does flush strongly with a super quiet flush. It has a spiral flush of water that I found keeps the bowl cleaner longer. It has a sleek design that I like because it is easier to maintain and keep clean. The finish is a high polished glazed surface. It is chair height which I found is more comfortable to use. This is my second toilet of this brand and I highly recommend it for your bathroom remodels.

[Rewarded Review] Great toilet but leave installation to the pros

This is great toilet and the design/look is fantastic but the reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is around the installation. If you are planning to have a professional install the toilet then 100% this is a fantastic toilet but if you are going to do it yourself you may run into a few things that will annoy you. First off the pros the toilet flushes with good force, comes with a soft close lid, and offers you 2 flush options. You have a big flush or small flush that uses less water. Also the flusher is on top but the toilet is on the lower side so even younger kids can reach and push the flush button. The toilet looks are nice and can go with any bathroom design.
