Chair is cute and exactly what expected, except for a few spots it looks like the chair may have been used. Theres a dirt stain on the chair, and also a big chip in the plastic. Unfortunately because the chair is white these stick out. Would love if it werent for that and the fact I havent been able to find a way to contact them about this problem. Hence why Im writing this review

Damaged product

This is the first bad review I have ever written. I was super excited when I purchased this chair. As soon as I it arrived my excitement was gone. The package was damaged upon arrival. The leg was sticking completely out the box. I was devastated! I opened it to see the content inside and noticed that one of the black foot plugs was missing. I searched the whole box and found that it was wedge between the card board slots. I felt reluctant to continue but I assembled the chair only to realize that the bottom where all the hard ware goes was bent. Which might be due to poor manufacturing. As the metal is hard and this couldn't be due to the shipment issue. I was greatly unsatisfied I tried to do an exchange but found out they were sold out. Couldn't even get sellers contact information to talk to them. It is a beautiful chair but I didnt get what I paid for.
