Still smells really bad chemicals 3 months after purchasing; odor transfers to clothes. Chips here and there. Got replacement parts for the feet since they were badly bent. Drawers don't glide and are hard to push and pull. No soft close... Really bad purchase. Got a completely new dresser from a local shop; the ones bought on Wayfair are now in the basement... Maybe I'll use them as file drawers one day....

The dresser is nice-looking and looks like the photos; however, if you look closely, you can see the imperfections (paint build-up on the corner of the drawer cavity, one coat of paint on the inside of drawers, etc.). I would say that IKEA furniture has a better finish. The drawer mechanism is very odd, and opening and shutting the drawers is not smooth (you have to push them to close them all the way to "lock" them closed). I am keeping it as it fits the space and looks good. . . The shipping and "white glove delivery" was poor. The dresser was delivered to the city where I live on the 9th of the month, but it took them until the 19th to deliver it. CEVA called, left a message, and emailed a link to schedule delivery. I used the emailed link to schedule delivery successfully. I was worried because the Houzz website's delivery tracking said they couldn't get ahold of me. So, I called and confirmed I was set for delivery. I worked remotely to be home to accept delivery, but CEVA failed to deliver the dresser on the day scheduled. They called after the delivery window and said that they needed to reschedule. I followed the link on the CEVA website and rescheduled for the following Monday. Once again, I worked remotely, but they failed to deliver the dresser. I called CEVA after they failed to deliver, and it turns out that CEVA delivery hadn't checked the online system before sending their deliveries out. I had to reschedule a second time for three days later, between 10 am and 2 pm. On the day of delivery, they pulled up 1 1/2 hours early at 8:30 am with no warning. Luckily, I was home and could let them in. If Houzz used CEVA to deliver your furniture, I recommend that you take the extra time to call CEVA to schedule your delivery. Do not use their online scheduling.

The finish on the dresser is low quality. Little dings in the paint and a rough finish to the touch. Also, the drawers don’t fully open.

We order two and one came in perfect condition the other had a small chip on the corner. They came in one piece so no assembly was required. They were heavy and the outside looked really nice but the drawers inside weren’t the best. Overall it’s a pretty decent dresser.

This dresser is well made and good looking . It was wonderful to have arrive assembled; however, we couldn’t remove the drawers to get it in the house and up the stairs. It was heavy

I bought 2 dressers and I love them but one of the dressers arrived with a bent leg. The dresser itself is larger than most nightstands. This doubles as both as I needed a nightstand with more storage and this fits the bill. I’m very sad about the bent leg. I have requested a replacement.

I would give this 5 stars as I absolutely love it but both nightstands came in damaged. Overstock is great with customer service so I'm sure this will be taken care of. The nightstands are beautiful and look like very good quality!
