Great pan for French or Italian loaves.

I purchased this pan for French bread; but, I have used it to make a couple of smaller Baguette loaves for sandwiches too. Such a versatile piece.

Love my new double Italian Bread loaf pan

Helps to give the loaves uniform shape as well as bake evenly. The first time I used it, I lined it with parchment paper for easy cleanup. The next time I skipped the parchment and had no problem cleaning the pan. The bread baked evenly, was crusty and delicious!

Great for baguettes

I actually use this pan to make baguettes. I have another one like this and make 4 baguettes at a time. The pan is great for the shaped loads to rise and bake.
