What does Random really mean?

Yes it takes some effort to set up the frame and app. Got through that for FOUR of these we bought for family. Heck I'm 70, it is all about attitude. But random shuffle has me puzzled. Via the internal storage and a plugged in SD card we have around 3,000 photos available, yet the frame seems to focus on 50 to 100 photos and, as far as we can tell, never shows some of the others. A problem we saw with a previous frame from NIX. Am I missing something? I didn't do well beyond basic math in school...perhaps random is something I don't truly comprehend! Advice would be appreciated.

Not old(ish) user friendly

I'm 79 years old and fairly IT savvy but setting this thing up was beyond me. Mercifully a youngster I know. came and did the job although watching him do it made me think it was unnecessarily complicated. Oh yes, it's working beautifully.

Does not work!

We bought 2 of these for Christmas presents. The live video chat does not work. We have called and emailed support several times now and still no resolution. Very disappointed.

Top shelf products

This is the third Aluratek digital photo frame I've purchased. Their products are all top shelf. There customer service team is absolutely great too. I had an issue with one frame that was 30 or 45 days out of warranty and they replaced it no questions asked.

11.6” Wi-Fi digital

Not satisfied with this digital frame. Most pictures are cut off causing loss of heads, surroundings, etc. When you switch the full screen to off, you get small pictures in the middle of the screen. If the frame could be turned vertically, it would possibly work. Not what I expected!!

Buyer beware

Purchase at local Best Buy approximately 3 hours ago, device is already dead. On/Off switch stopped working, to restart I need to pull the power cord and re-insert the cord then the first 2 Aluratek screens display and then blank screen

wont allow more than three family members to send pictures through email directly to frame

Disappointed i thought it would allow all family members to be able to send pictures directly through frame. For some reason only three family member's emails went through to be accepted on frame. My mom is a senior and not tech savvy so i thought perfect we can just set up so that family can send pictures randomly to the wififrame email created but it didnt happen I plan on returning
