This air conditioner (Amana 15,000 BTU) has worked as advertised it cools 4 rooms in my mobile home down to about 62 degrees. I have used it for approximately 1 year now and have been very satisfied.

Bit of a pain to assemble and I bought a different brace than what was provided in the box but it cools the majority of the 1000sqft floor to 72-75 on days up to 92. One word of warning, when you assemble it you have to take it out of the metal housing to put the wings on the sides (the part that keeps the cold air from going out the window) that was the -1 star. I cut my leg on the metal housing walking around it

Im really disappointed in this air conditioner. We installed it in the window and it doesnt work. It doesnt turn on. For the amount of money I paid for it . I dont understand why it isnt working. I tried to ask for help and was told the man said he cant help with installation. So Im not a happy camper right now.

I do not find it to be like I expected it to be cold real cold for 15,000 BTUs I’m disappointed with it this is the second one I have bought from Home Depot the first one that didn’t work well either I gave that away after using it only one month

So far works great. Freezes us out of our downstairs even when it has been over 100 and humid!!

Love it works wonderfully! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the installation instructions where difficult to understand and you had to search through a whole book to find the air conditioner unit you bought for its instructions.

Well it very easy to put in window keeps really cool we are only first week but it been in 90’s so it cools you off

This unit was supposed to come with a remote however after we installed it we realized it didn't have it in the packaging. Called Home Depot several times and didn't get a response. Pretty disappointed because Maui Handyman spends thousands and thousands a year at the San Bernardino location.

I bought this to replace a 35 yo window unit in an addition that could not be connected to CA. So far so good, quiet and keeps the 700 SF addition cool and dry.

actually not too impressed,when i ordered it i checked it out,115 volts it said,when i got it it is a 220 volt,so i will have to install a 220 outlet and wiring from my breaker box,so it is a set back waiting to get the wiring and outlet
