Damaged chair

Received one chair damaged. Called Sam's who reached out to the vendor that shipped the product. I was given a case number and told to look for an email from the vendor with information on the replacement chair and instructions for return. A month and a half later including a follow-up call with no results from Sam's or the vendor.

The frame is cheap. Easily bends. Not built to last long but works for the most part.

Nice looking

I loved the look of the chairs, but many seniors complained that the cushion was too hard.

Very good, solid chairs. Especially for the price. Delivery was pretty fast.

The chairs are ok but not well put together. I had to replace the screws that hold the seat onto the frame and many of the screws did not have any solid wood to hold them in.

Wonderful chairs

I love these chairs. They’re very sturdy and just wipe them clean.I bought these for outdoor chairs on my porch. My dining room chairs are like these only cloth.

Very nice sturdy chairs, comfortable also.....1 of the 4 pack was a little uneven, but for the price of 4 chairs can't complain! Since we are all larger people, can't wait to see how they hold up! We kept breaking chairs!

Great product

I love these chairs. They are lightweight yet sturdy. The arrived with one slightly bent leg but I was able to straighten it without damaging it. I would definitely recommend these chairs. I also love the weight capacity.

So far, I like the chairs, the chairs seem to be sturdy somewhat comfortable. I tried the wiggle test and to my surprise these chairs did not move. I have but one thing, the padding on these chairs is fine, although they could be a little thicker.

High quality at a great value!

Our church is in the process of making decision about chairs to replace old folding chairs now used in our fellowship hall. Because this chair is stackable, we purchased it as a "sample" for consideration for use. We are now taking votes from the congregation whether people will be willing to purchase this chair for their use in the fellowship hall, or another "folding chair" that has been suggested. So far, it looks like this chair will win. As soon as we can get a final count on the votes, we will be order either this chair or the folding chair. My vote is for this chair! Poor quality - Will not last

I bought 4 chairs. Within a few months, the vinyl on the inside backs of 2 of the chairs began tearing, from only normal use. Had to return them, and should have returned all 4 of them.

Fantastic value!

I purchased four of these chairs to replace some of the quite old, rickety chairs that I was using. Several members of my family are over the 250-pound capacity listed for most dining chairs from Target or furniture stores, and one of them has balance and mobility problems.

A Sturdy and Comfortable Chair For a Desk

I got this as a desk chair; I had an office chair before that had plastic wheels and creaked a lot. The chair is super sturdy, and when you sit in it, it takes a minute for the cushion to depress (like it has some type of stiff foam inside of it). It is really comfy, and I can see it lasting a long time without getting worn out. Also, I use this chair on carpet, and the legs are kind of rounded off on the ends, so it doesn’t leave marks on the carpet (which is nice). It is a lovely chair for a reasonable price!

plastic foot breaks off and scratches wood floor.

Good chairs for a good price BUT one problem. A plastic foot has broken off two of the chairs after stacking them a few times causing them to scratch wood floors. I am contacting the seller company, Myofficeinovations, for a solution, or new feet, or compansation if I have to go buy rubber leg caps.

Sturdy Chairs

These are great chairs. They arrived carefully packaged and fully assembled. The FedEx guy carried them up big staircase like they were lightweight, do I was concerned when I opened the box. Turns out the FedEx guy was really strong and the chairs were very sturdy and excellent quality. I use these with a small table as a dinette set. I also use the chairs for my "sit and be fit" exercises. I could not find an affordable dinette set with sturdy chairs within my budget, so I was happy to find these chairs, sold in pairs at a great price. I would highly recommend these chairs.

Wobbly

I bought this chair to be used as computer desk chair. Per their customer service representative, apparently the chair was supposed to be delivered already fully assembled but in my case it was not. It was partially assembled. The seat cushion was the only piece that was not assembled. In addition to that the chair requires 8 screws at the bottom, but there were only 3 in the box. Also, the chair is wobbly. The left leg is tilted 1 inch above the ground,

waiting room chair

Bought these to replace 2 chairs that had developed rips. I only needed 2--they come in pack of 4. Turns out 2 of the 4 were also ripped upon arrival. Sams made it right by sending 4 more. One of those was ripped. So now I have 8 chairs--3 are ripped, and no one wants them.

Very pleased

We replaced old steel fold up chairs with these new padded chairs and are so pleased with their look and comfort. They stack beautifully and take up less room. Very pleased with the quality, service and everything was delivered in perfect condition.
