Came assembled which was very nice. Seems so rare recently. However, several of the chairs arrived with scratches on the metal, and scratches or nicks on the padding. I exchanged 3 out of the 6. Out of the replacements, 2 out of 3 seemed blemish free. Decided to keep the last one as too much of a bother to exchange.

We got the vinyl ones thinking that they would be a little bit more durable. However, just with getting to the school, we noticed that five were damaged. There’s a little Knicks in the vinyl one let’s completely rubbed off. These were in the packaging. They were in the plastic and in the box we noticed this as we were unpacking them. There was nothing wrong with the boxes, so it’s very odd to me that this would pass quality control. This type of damage was on five out of the 12 chairs that we ordered so for something that cost over $800 I would expect a little bit better quality.

Love that they stack. I can keep them tucked away in a closet until needed. The fact that they support 500 lbs means no more broken chairs when larger guests visit.

These chairs are great chairs for bigger people. Very sturdy and comfortable. Great for kitchen chairs and I don't have to worry about them holding up under me (320#); also look Great and very functional. Not heavy, easy to move around. Very very satisfied ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very sturdy, nice looking chairs. Free shipping was a must as this same chair carried a 115 dollar shipping fee from any other stores. No damage to actual chairs and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. 10 stars if possible!

Upholstery is not the vinyl Im used to. Very thin. One chair damaged. Must have happened will packing into box because there is nothing on the other chairs which would cause this tear.

They look good, and stack easily. Seat is very firm and stiff so not likely to be comfortable for an evening at the dinner table when you need a few extra chairs. The original price that was listed was $500 for a set of four, which can only be a made up number to make the “sale” price of around $150 look appealing.

Sturdy chair with a high back. Foam seat is a bit firm but is comfortable. Rave reviews from everyone that has sat on them.

I love these chairs. I was skeptical about buying unseen chairs online and even buying from Staples, which is know as office supply company and not necessarily known for furniture. What a pleasant surprise!! The chairs are beautiful. Much better than picture online. They are very sturdy and heavy-duty product. I had my husband stand and sit on these chairs and he is 6’2” and over 300 lbs. he was very comfortable sitting and standing in these chairs. Not even a hint of wobble!!!! Thank you so much. I will buy again.

The chairs are very nice and also very sturdy. Service was great. Unfortunately the seat is 19 1/4 inches up from the floor. This is way too high for me and my feet don't touch the floor, which leaves my legs dangling. I will have to return the chairs.

We purchased 24 of the Hercules trapezoidal back stacking chairs for our church. They are a beautiful burgundy with black/ silver veined metal & the seat cushion is very cushy. We are very pleased.

We had looked many places at kitchen chairs. Being a family of heavier people we needed something sturdy as well as comfortable. That's just what we found in these chairs. Their pretty,sturdy, and very comfortable,not to mention the extra 3 year warranty for $20 is incredible. Highly recommended!
