Do you actually want that decorative pillow sham? If not, here's your PSA that there's a version of this quilt for sale that is cheaper and doesn't come with the tiny decorative pillow sham. Also, you might consider sizing up, as this quilt shrinks quite a bit.

Beautiful quilt! Looks great on the bed. I was disappointed with the amount of shrinkage after following the washing instructions exactly. I'll be buying a bed skirt now.
Great addition to the bedroom
Appears to be well made. Will be a great bed topping especially in the summer due to its light weight. Colors are beautiful but would prefer a solid color on the underside.
