We ordered 3 plates. Two of them were fine. The third one that came was the wrong configuration and the wrong color.

Some of the included screws were a bit short, but with a little work I got them all in. It looks great and this design is a little hard to find, that is a regular light switch and a big square for a GFCI plug together in the same box.
