The plate was so bowed. I figured I’d screw it...
The plate was so bowed. I figured I’d screw it in and it would bend flat. It did on one plate and it’s as flat as it can go to the wall and there’s still a millimeter gap in between the plate and the wall. I screwed in the next one and it split because it it flattened out too much. The wood looks nice - matches my hardwood floors. I’m not thrilled with the smoothness of them and obviously how bowed the 2 gang ones were.
