NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered 20 different items, got an email that 13 of my items shipped, then a couple days later the other 7 items shipped. The 1st 13 items never showed up, now customer service (which took 3 days to even get an answer) is telling me these items are backordered even though the website says there about 100 of each in stock and are refusing to ship until the ship dates they gave me for a couple of the items, one is even a month out. No ship date for the rest. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Exactly what I needed and hard to get

I wanted metal plug and switch plates as my plastic ones kept cracking. Metal ones are hard to find in any store, so I did a search and found Wall Plate Warehouse. Glad I did. Design of metal edge and curve is too rough and white color is not smooth or match any other regular white plates from other manufacturers
