Filters are just expensive. This one was super easy to install. Works fine with good flow rates.

We purchased these Water Fountain Filters for our church building. They work better than the original brand filters that came with the fountains. Very happy with the service and product.

“Compatible†? No, it’s not. We had to purchase a new one from another company.

I accidentally purchased the wrong filter online & requested an exchange which was provided at no additional cost. This was great, but received no instructions on the return of the filter I mistakenly ordered or how to dispose of the old filter.

This water filter is about 1/3 less than the price of the original OEM filter on Amazon and it works perfectly. It installed exactly like the old filter in about a minute. I'm very happy with the purchase and will buy this filter again.

Okay filter. My wife thought the water tasted funny. We let it run for 15 or 20 minutes as recommended and it tastes okay now.

Passed the blind taste test

Not only was I very happy this filter was made in the USA, it’s a great product and a good value. In fact, I conducted a blind taste test with my family, comparing water from this filter, a BRITA pitcher, Kirkland bottled water and tap. America Filter Company either won or tied for first across the board. Very impressed.

This the only filter that is a good price, last 6-12mo., and it is less than 12" long. Great product.

It fit the device under the sink. Can't tell if its working properly without an expensive water quality test and I'm not interested in doing that. We'll never know if the filter is actually doing anything but passing water.

No Longer Compatible With GE GSS Models

GE is now putting microchips under the labels of their own brand of filters. The appliance’s water will not function without that microchip. It just gives you an error message.

The filter are in good condition and all 12 where in the box. Filter are what I was looking for and it was great service. Got the filter in a timely manner. Also they are made in the USA.
