worked in several restaurants as an adult, am well versed in commercial cookware. this is durable and will surely live a long ans very serviceable life in my house . without hesitation can recommend to anyone. will be used weekly for many baking needs...
Not heavy weight like I've ordered before...
I've purchased two American Metalcraft pizza pans in the past. This one is much thinner than the others. Don't know if the manufacturer has cut back on quality, or if I unknowingly ordered a lighter gauge of pan. Make sure description says 'heavy weight'!
Not high quality, but a decent pan for the price.
Cheap and light weight. That being said, not a bad 16 inch pan for homemade pizza gather when you need multiples, for the price. I wouldn't call this a quality pan. But it serves it's purpose for me.
