Have small ones up to 14", am and going to order 16 because we use it for fries, fish sticks, other fast food things. Nuggets etc.. Need the really large one for enough room for onion rings for family.

I experimented with the pizza screens and found them to be a simple alternative to launching a pie directly onto the stone. This screen seemed to be the perfect size for a home pizza cook. It supported the pie without issue, and the crust turned out just how I like it. I do recommend these screens, and will be purchasing more of them myself.

The screens are solid little gadgets, sturdy enough to hold a thick dough if that's the kind you like but I like them best with a thin dough, it turns out nice and crispy. I got every size from 9 inch to 12 in, to use in a variety of applications in my wood fired oven.

I didn’t think this would do much different than the pizza pan I already have. I make a lot of homemade pizza. This pizza screen is amazing. Did far more than I ever thought. My crust turned out better than it ever had before. Nice and crispy and perfectly cooked!!!

Nice and durable pizza screen can be used of course for pizza and does not bend with weight so works also on a grill to grill veggies or meat as well. WE used ours to grill squash and it turned out amazingly!

Easy to use, 1st i clean with soap and water, 2nd i put it in the oven the whole night to seasoned. after that it was perfect for the pizzas, they did not stick or anything. great quality.

Much better than throwing a bunch of cornstarch down to keep your dough from sticking. Apply some non stick substance to this and prepare your dough. We leave a small amount of space on this 10" screen to allow for gripping.

We know American Metalcraft has the. best screens. The last forever and always do a great job of letting go of the pizza. We use many sizes.

Bought it as part of a gift set for a pizza lover at home and i have no regret: great quality and so easy to clean. Perfect size, sturdy, no bending after months of use. Price is just great too!

A very nice pizza screen. This 10" aluminum is perfect size and very durable. Our pizza cook even and perfect crust. The cost was amazing and Im sure this will last us a long time.

Good product for pizza place. Don't think that we will buy another more expensive screens or pans as I am absolutely satisfied. They are heave enough and with clear instructions to your personal how to clean them the will not loose their shape. Happy customer.

Great screen. After several uses though they start to lose their shape. (egg shaped) These are affordable so I just stock up as needed. your shipping prices are the best!

During our fund aising events, we have sold smaller sized pizzas. These screen worked great for our so-called production line. We learned early on to lightly spray them for easier cleanup. These screens work very well.
