Poor product

Not only was this pizza pan poorly made, but it was delivered scratched and warped. It should have never been sent out in such condition.

i had just bought a food steamer to make rice rolls. i needed a small diameter metal saucer that would fit inside the top basket. this fits and steams the rice flour perfectly for my purposes.

Just what I ordered. Great for use in the toaster oven to bake or broil small items, even like sausages. And the best part is that they are aluminum and will not rust like my old ones. They clean up nicely.

9 inch pizza pan works great and it so durable compare to a lesser brand. you cant go wrong with american metalcraft. best quality for pizza supplies. highly recommended it

The 9" wide rim pizza pan is perfect for a small size pizza. The pan is very easy to clean. We suggest using a metal scrub brush or sturdy sponge. If you own a pizza shop or a pizza food truck having a few different sized pans is important. We prefer smaller pans like this 9" because we like to customize personal size pizzas for our guests.

This was my first time ordering the American Metalcraft nine inch wide rim pizza pan and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. This seven inch version, I definitely didn’t need but very glad I got it. Solid feel, with very little give, and exactly what I was looking for individual and family style pizzas. I will order additional sizes soon and do recommend for any kitchen. They are built to last.

Perfect for a 8 inch pizza with a little room to grab the tray without touching the pizza. A well made pizza pan that can be used over and over.

Personal Pizza Pan

This the perfect size pan for a personal size pizza, or to share one with someone. It feels a little on the thin side, meaning it's not as thick as those used in commercial kitchens. However, that being said, the pizzas & breadsticks baked on it turned out very well.

I can't say I make pizzas of this size since I would eat it so quickly, but I like using American Metalcraft pizza pans for warming up tortillas in the oven.

These pans are great for home use or restaurant. they hold up great and create a crispy crust. We use the 9" for individual pizza. Great buy!
