Using it to make crackers in a home oven, the screens fit the oven size making the process more efficient. I've only used them once so far, but noticed one screen was slightly too large, so it sits cockeyed on the rack. Also, noticed that the crackers seem to stick badly so far, but probably not unexpected for a first use. Overall I like them, and they seem pretty decent quality.
We use this as seasoning racks as well as for cooking things in the oven. They definitely can take a beating and have held up great over the years.
Great pizza screen. We use them for our homemade flat breads. They wok much better than the round ones since we can line up 3 at a time on these.
