The two diverter that I bought where not the wright one for my faucet. I had to return them. The picture showed the same faucet that I had but it must have been a newer model and the two diverts would not fit.

Not all it's cracked up to be

I had to replace 3 diverters (constant drips), 2 neck assemblies (pin hole leaks in the chrome/brass tube)

paid for a lifetime warrenty and cant get any parts for it

paid for a lifetime faucet and cant get it replaced or get parts for it

Excellent Service

Needed a new diverter and spray head. Ordered with super saver shipping and the whole order arrived in TWO DAYS via UPS! My diverter lasted almost 5 years. But I did order a spare.

Needs to be replaced often

I have had this Hampton faucet for two years and it appears that at least every year the diverter has to be replaced. After several months the hot water starts "singing" and makes a big racket. I can't replace it myself so have to hire someone. Also, they don't carry the diverter in our local stores so I have to mail order each time. As the previous reviewer said keep some extra on hand. I love the look of the faucet though!

Diverter

Have extra diverters on hand as they don't last too long before they clog and fail to operate properly. I chenge them quite often and clean the one removed in vinegar. However, the rubber eventually fails and it must be discarded. Right now I swap two about every other month and have three new diverters in reserve.
