The faucet was not new, it was broken inside of new box, that was handed to plumber that then, installed a broken faucet and realized it was defective. I had to pay the plumber for five times more time to deal with this defective faucet.

It is okay faucet, good price

This was a fixture selection from the building owners. This is a dated item so would not be my first choice. But it did deliver on time, in good condition and had a decent price.

Description not correct

It states that it is a 1 hole product when in deed it is 3 hole product. I will not put 2 extra holes into my granite. Very disappointed

All is great except...

The lever for pressure and temperature was clicking when moving from cold to hot (not smooth at all). But more recently has become stuck and not able to go to fully hot. The range is now full cold to warm, I can no longer move it to hot. I tried to remove the handle to adjust but I can not even remove the screw under the temperature guide on the lever.
