Flush valve
Product as described. Fit perfectly. Easy to install
This fits the flush valve that is 3 inches in diameter. Look at the position of the blue and white buttons. Grab the valve assembly from the top and twist it quite a ways counter-clockwise and lift it. The seal is super stretchy. Pull the old one off and stretch the lohe around the flange, letting it go into the groove. Position the flush valve about 180 degrees from where it needs to be, inserting the tabs into the slots. Rotate it clockwise until the buttons are back where they were.
Works with Proflo PF3012AFV
The seal on my Ferguson Proflo dual flush went bad. Ferguson provides no details on this part. it is possible to buy the whole assembly for $40-60. After viewing many youtube videos. I peeled off the gasket. This seal worked great on the ProFlo. It works for the Proflo PF3012AFV Dual Flush valve assembly.

Wrong size, wont fit
The item pictured appeared to be larger than it really is. It said it was for the toilet I have but no way will it fit. Beware of misleading descriptions

Insufficient information, I assumed same seal as flapper valve it wasn't. Diameter give me impression maybe fill valve don't know. Should be much better defined in description

This actually fits to replace the 738651-0070A seal, I tried the Korky 435 and it was too thick
