Delivery was a problem

The product is fine but the shipping was a disaster. The box was heavily damaged and there was one delivery guy so he basically left it on the curb. They should not be shipping with that company

Poor quality given the price. The exterior looks nice and matches our other furniture, but the drawer guides are wood on wood and are difficult to pullout and push in once here are clothes in them.

NOT the same color!

The bedroom set we ordered was beautiful and well-made, except it was definitely not the same color as pictured. Comparing them in bright sunlight, the online pictures show a true gray color, whereas the set we received is definitely taupe rather than gray (see attached pictures). Since the other reviewer said his was spot-on in terms of color, I can only assume we got the wrong color. We made it work though. Our install team was fabulous, and even helped us attach the furniture pads on the bottom of each foot. Be sure to tip your install team!

Beatiful

We recently bought this bed like 10 days back and are very happy with the quality, color, delivery service and setup. The bed is exactly as shown in picture. No color difference or quality. We are very happy with the purchase and service.

This dresser is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. I was so happy to not have to piece it together, my very minor complaint is that the drawers do not come out, or if they do, they don't come out easy. So taking it upstairs was a bit of a workout, but it's not impossible and I love it and an very happy.
