The rug is great, very soft, not rough like many outdoor rugs. The design is not exactly white, there is some tan mixed in with white. I’m not sure if it’s dirt from shipping or is supposed to be there but I was not expecting it to be stark white for long anyway as ours is outside. This rug could definitely. E used indoors as well. So far it’s only had minimal rain and done fine. I haven’t had it long enough to endure heavy rain or winter.
