Beautiful lamp

Very beautiful lamp. It looks in person just as beautiful as in the pictures. Some of the reviews claimed that it is not real glass and that it's plastic, but they even send a piece of the glass which it was cut from with the lamp. And even if it is plastic, you can't tell it and it is just as beautiful.

Amora Hand-made Tiffany Stained Glass Lamp

I like all of the lamps off Overstock, but this one too is special in its own right, having both a wider, full 8-inch, heavy metal bronze-tone base and height of 23-inches. The stained glass of this lamp has a crisp, clear, well-defined look, appeal, and pattern to it. I use it in my office area, as desk lighting, bright enough for close work, but shaded enough to give the room a softness in appearance. This is a sturdy lamp, has two light bulb holders, each rated at 60 watts. I prefer using lower wattage 7W to 9W 480 lumens LED Soft White Bulbs producing the same illumination, for only a fraction of the cost, of regular old style incandescent 40W to 60W light bulbs. The lamp comes in a special form-fitted solid polystyrene foam lined box securing every part of the lamp and Tiffany Stained Glass shade from damage during transport. A fine lamp, fast delivery, wonderful lighting and appeal.

One of the light switches turns on an off continuously. So, the product is not reliable. It happened after a few months of usage. I do not recommend it. I had it for 9 months and it does not serve its purpose.

This lamp is beautiful. It is very convenient with the 2 pull chains. My father has a hard time finding a switch but the pull chains make it so much easier for him. It omits a very pretty yellow glow that is not blinding to the eye. I would recommend this lamp highly.

We bought this beautiful lamp.....however the part that supports the shade and ties into the finial did not come with the lamp. We have called and called to get the part and Overstock will not respond. We have gone to the company on line and can not get the part anywhere. we have a worthless lamp that we cannot use. This has happened before. So we are finished with OVERSTOCK!!!!!, Buyer beware!!!!!

Lamp is much taller than 16.5 inches

Description of this lamp says it is 16.5 inches tall. I bought the lamp and went to pick it up at Lowes store. Lamp base is about 16.5 inches. Overall height of lamp with shade is over 21 inches. Height was critical factor for me, because lamp is going on table under large wall hanging. This lamp would have interfered with the view of the wall hanging. Glad I insisted on opening package in store and was able to save a trip to return the lamp. Lamp is beautiful, but description of lamp is incorrect.
