I'm obsessed with this pillow. The gold cording is beautiful against the deep navy.
Wrong color was sent. Ordered black but received a color called “blueberry” Clearly blue and not black. Customer service chat line says slip cover return process involves printing label and repackaging item and shipping back for a refund. Seems unfair since issue is on their end, not mine. I see other reviews with same color issue, Please fix the error! ! J & M should just refund money. New product will take another 2 weeks to receive. Will not use Joss & Main again
While the cover and quality are nice, the description of the “black color” is not accurate. The color is not actually black, it’s a very deep navy blue which is noticeable once unpackaged. The tag on the cover also indicates that it’s blue as it says “blueberry/harvest gold.” The website should be updated to reflect this!
