Photo doesn't match delivered product

It's very deceiving the picture that's in that shown is not the same as what is delivered. I ordered this rug And it's not the same as the one in the photo the colours are different and the patterns are different

Perfect Pattern & Color

This rug is so very beautiful in person. Pictures truly do not do it justice!! My couch is a blended combo of the colors ecru and grey- this rug is absolutely perfect with it. I've attached a close up picture to see the details and deep colors

Excellent quality. Color is beautiful, but not really like those that appear online. I like them better in person. Only a little shedding.

Soft feel

Soft feel. She’d for a while but has withstood frequent vacuuming and still looks like new many years later. We enjoy the muted neutral colors. Thick and heavy, great quality.

Love this rug!

I ordered the 8x10 and was surprised at how quickly it was delivered, probably took a week. It was wrapped very securely and took awhile to get it out of the plastic sheeting with a utility knife. Once it was unrolled there were no wrinkles or issues at all. It is stunningly gorgeous in every way. The colors are muted, giving it a vintage look that is quite charming. It is thick and soft and makes my living room so inviting. I am very happy with the quality and the price point for a 100% wool rug is very reasonable.

Not even close.

I purchased this same rug a little over a year ago, but needed to replace because it was damaged. The replacement rug is totally different. Colors are not represented accurately, are much more vibrant (bold) and gemstone colored. Not ivory, instead more yellow. Green is not muted, but army green. Blue is varied. Soft red tones are burgundy. Actually not really happy at all. The first picture is the new rug. The second picture (more muted) is the original rug I purchased.
