This item was purchased as a gift for someone. It was delivered to the person but was defective. The item did not have the necessary holes to put all of the pieces together. I spoke with a Walmart representative to return the item. Even though the item was returned via Fed Ex, Walmart is refusing to refund me the complete amount of the purchase.
