Great set of cocktail/juice glasses

Perfect size, perfect weight! I use them every day.

poor quality with seam and lumps

Cheap and it shows. More than half of the glasses has a noticeable lump/bump on lip of glass. I am returning and spending the money it takes to get a decent glass.

In the early 90s, I found myself picking up the pieces following a divorce and I bought a set of these glasses then. I loved them and associated them with new memories, moving forward and a new, positive future. Now, 30 years later, after a major critical illness was, I’m once again moving forward and in a new space so it’s only fitting that I buy these glasses again. I’ll treasure these family heirlooms and the happy memories attached by the seller’s family. They arrived literally wrapped in love with beautiful, colorful paper and bubble wrap. Indeed, great care was taken in the packing, along with a touching note. My best wishes to the seller on what had to be a difficult task. I’ll cherish these in memory of Upside Groove’s family and memories related to their use of these glasses in good times and even mundane times!

I love these glasses AND the note attached. They were lovingly packed! These are as special to me as they were to the seller. I owned a set in the 90s when I went through a divorce and a “start over”. Now, 30 years later, after an extensive illness and a new cancer diagnosis, I made another major change (taking care of ME for once) recently and am starting anew again, and while I’m still “dating” my partner, I’ve chosen to live on my own again and so it’s a new beginning. I saw these glasses and they reminded me that changes, new beginnings, and even situations that sound bad (such as health crises) are not always! Blessings in disguise! And sometimes those changes bring great joy. I will cherish the seller’s glassware with the same love and care that their family had when using them, based on the beautiful note they enclosed.

Great Drinking Glasses

These are very attractive drinking glasses, and reasonably priced. They are thick and sturdy.

Flawed product

I have had Anchor Tartan glasses for years. I wanted to replace my water glasses and found them on KaTom. They were posted as shipped but I didn't get them. I had family issues crop up and didn't pursue. Then went on vacation. The box which had clearly been damaged and reboxed arrived while I was on vacation. Missing one glass. I was just happy to receive them at all and decided to keep them. After I washed them and began to use them, I realized almost every glass had a casting flaw, often around the drinking edge. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and would not order again.

These are perfect and look brand new. Very happy with them!

Good durability and works best with plain drinks, The style makes mixed drinks look a little more layered. I had these glasses for 2 years and no trouble.

These glasses are better quality than I expected - very nice. Heavy duty and as an added bonus they are exactly like the one Julian in the Trailer Park Boys is always seen drinking from. I received them 2 days after ordering, so that was awesome too.

These glasses have a weight that has a hefty feel like fine glassware even though they are for every day use. Even though the design is for this type of use they have a pleasant appearance. We have been using this same style for years and they are great for the heavy use around a home day in and day out.

The glasses have good weight and great texture. Members have commented on their looks and told me that they prefer them over glasses at other bars.

We use kold draft ice and a 2oz pour of whiskey, or a 4.5oz cocktail fits perfectly. The seams aren't perfect, and they've chipped in our dishwasher, but otherwise a very sturdy glass.
