We had this installed last year and haven’t had any issues with it. It’s best to turn it on 10-15 mins before you get in the shower, otherwise it won’t be very warm (assuming you take quicker showers like we do), but that makes sense. I love the timer so I don’t have to worry about turning it off each time. It also helps the towels dry after showering so prevents the musty smells they sometimes used to get. Would recommend!
Love the buttons on the unit.
This thing is amazing and it looks great, too. I had a really hard time finding one that had the buttons on the actual unit. I really did not want a separate wall switch. I also like that it comes with a plug in or hard wire option. We are in the middle of a whole house remodel so it's not hanging on the wall, yet. But I can use it plugged in until we get it hardwired. It gets warm quickly. It was a great purchase.
