Perfect replacement... Excellent product... Fixed the fan

I purchased this receiver and was assured that it was the same as the existing 7058YN-03 receiver. First off, I discovered when it arrived that the 9-pin connector did not match the AMP 9-pin on the existing receiver, so I had to order and wait to receive a AMP to MOLEX adapter connector that I could find nowhere else.

It was not compatible with my fan, though I have the Windward II ceiling fan.

this model does not retrofit my fan,and so far I havent found one that will.Eric was as helpfull as he could be considering my circumstance

I bought this for my Hampton Bay Brookedale 60 inch (model ac-418). My fan was stuck on what seemed slower than the lowest setting. The other speeds did not work with the remote. I replaced this part and paired the remote and it works perfectly now. I had to bring the whole fan down to install it though.

Good to know I can get replacement parts when my fans fail. Hard to figure out but you had what I needed, and the replacement worked fine. Thanks.

Exact replacement for Hampton Bay Brokedale fan receiver. Just plug and play.

The only problem is that the light does not turn on, the blue and gray cables were not connected in the plug

The receiver was very easy to install, basically plug and play. The only head stracther is why it won't work with my current remote to turn the light up. There is a disclaimer upon purchasing about that.
