Long wait time, mostly shattered delivery
I ordered three boxes for a small bathroom project. Wait time for delivery stated 11-15 days, which is fine. After 11 days with no update from Home Depot, I reached out and they contacted the manufacturer, who told me it would be arriving shortly. One of three boxes arrived (the other two were never processed/could not be tracked) and of the 25 tiles in the box, only 4 are usable. The rest are broken or shattered. Ended up having to cancel the remainder of the order, and was told I will only get a refund on the one box if I re-package all the shards myself. The 4 intact tiles were gorgeous, though.
They arrived broken, home delivery. The tiles are truly lovely but I do wonder about their durability because almost all of them were broken. Nonetheless, I am reordering them - for PICKUP!

This tile is high quality, and the packaging was great. Each box inside was packaged with quality wrap with all four sides padded well and tiles secured in place. Ordered 2 boxes and no damage or cracks to the tile. I had the order sent to the store for pick up.
