Product is excellent, price is spectacular, Project Manager is perfect....five stars. Warehouse handling to shipping to delivery is the issue: 36 pieces/box x 04 boxes = 144 pieces...10 broken: Box one, six sequential tiles broken in the identical place; Box two, three sequential tiles broken in the identical place. Fourth tile was further back in the pack and had a different break. Packed decently, but the manufacturers' boxes, in the first two shipping boxes, were opened (unsealed); Not in boxes three and four. That raised the eyebrow, because it appears as if the shipping boxes were resealed on the box one and two (opened manufacturer boxes inside) and not on boxes three and four (no broken tiles)....it's a theory. Let's see how Wayfair handles it.
