High quality and soft
Disappointing customer service
The pillow case is well made and fabric appears of high quality. However, the color is off; rather than the Ivory description, its actually more yellow. I tried to return the 2 cases I purchased. Yes, when you check out it says final sale. Yet the actually receipt states that "your satisfaction is completely guaranteed...return it within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price." Unfortunately they won't honor the latter and I'm stuck with yellow pillow cases when I wanted Ivory
