This bed is gorgeous. Very sturdy!! The fabric feels very soft and high quality. It was very easy to assemble and no missing parts!! Looks good in the room. A very versatile color.

So Beautiful And Easy to Put Together

This bed frame is amazing! It's so beautiful and looks great in our bedroom against the soft grey wall. The frame was easy to put together, with some time, you really can do it all on your own without an extra person for help. The instructions were simple enough to understand, and everything fit together as it should. I was a little worried about the wood slats slivering, so I put a sheet between the mattress and the slats just in case, but I'm sure it will be fine. The bed has been holding up perfectly, for both me and my husband, and really brings our room together. I especially love the soft velvet headboard. The only thing I would change about it if I had to change something, would be to make it a little taller, the headboard and the bedframe as a whole, but it's perfectly fine just as is. One of the best bed frames I've owned and I'm so happy to see it in our room everyday!

Great bed.

We needed a new bed for my son's room since his first bed was starting to fall apart and we figured to give this one a try and we are so glad we did. The bed looks great and I love thst the Headboard is on a zipper which means we can take off and spot clean if need be, especially with it being in a 6 year olds room. It's also a very sturdy build. Holds up really good as well. It took my husband about 15 minutes to put together as it was super easy. I probably could of done it in 30-45 minutes if I was by myself with my 2 year old in the way. My husband definitely said to mention that the equipment to put the bed together comes with it and you don't need anything else then what is provided and made putting rhe bed that much more easy to put together. The wooden boards that go under the matress are all tied together and velcroed to the bed which makes it awesome to keep it in one place and not moving around like I've had my son's old bed do. This makes it great becuase only a matress is needed and it stays on the platform with no problem. I definitely recommend this bed and will be getting another full sided one for when my you gest is a bit older and possible a bigger one for us as well when the time comes.

Beautiful and classic

This gray beauty has been an amazing addition to our spare bedroom. Is extremely sturdy and made well. Has a very classic vibe but adds a modern touch/decor with minimal work.

The color is a neutral latte, which looks great in any room- the bed frame really finishes my space and I couldn't be happier. It was packaged carefully and the assembly took just minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. The bed is durable with a soft velvety finish and has a unique design that stands out from the others. It’s a nice one

This headboard and frame was so easy to put together. Right out of the box it was all packed into the back of the headboard and had the cushions wrapped in plastic. I laid everything out to assemble the frame and realized that none of the pieces had their identifying labels on them. I was in panic and not sure how I was going to get it put together. After looking closely at the pictures in the instructions I was able to realize small curves and lengths and went by eye but it was a little irritating. Assembly took about 40 minutes and it was actually much more simpler than my old steel platform frame I had before this one. It has wood slats that are Velcro that lay down on the frame and really provides nice support for my mattress since there is no box spring needed. The suede is beautiful and really compliments my room. I love the zipper attached cushions which were so easy to zip onto the headboard. This frame is lower to the ground than I’m used to but I love the height! Something I’ve realized also is if I ever have to move or store this frame that everything will go right back into the back of the headboard and can easily be stored just like how it was shipped. That’s really neat! Everything is quality made and will definitely hold up over time.

Soft and beautiful!

I can’t think of a negative thing to say about this bed frame. The shipping was quick and all the pieces came packaged beautifully inside the headboard. The headboard and the footboard have the super soft velvet feeling and the color is true to the picture. It really gave my room a nice facelift! The boards are super sturdy and the quality of the bed is a 10/10. If you are looking for a beautiful soft bed frame I think this one would be a great choice!

Looks beautiful

I love the look of this bed. The headboard is really nice and the front pillows zip on and off for easy cleaning. The color is pretty and I love the way that it looks. However, in my opinion the frame itself is not sturdy enough. The slabs don't feel strong enough and I fear that it will become wobbly within a matter of time. Assembly wise this was a breeze to put together. Everything was packaged neatly inside of the actual headboard which zippers shut. It came with two tools to put it together and some extra screws. Assembled in less than 30 minutes. Overall i feel that this bed was easy to put together and looks very nice but I am concerned about the longevity of the frame itself..

Beautiful and simplistic

I love the simplicity of this bed frame. I got a full size in charcoal to replace my daughter's older wrought iron bed frame and wow, what an upgrade! The velvet is so soft and luxurious looking, and my daughter loves that she now has a comfortable, soft headboard to lean against. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and the bed frame itself was easy to assemble. I love that you don't need a box spring (my daughter didn't have one previously so if was a very easy transition). It is sturdy and comfortable and we love that it has legs to make it a tad higher off the ground, and so that she can store some things underneath. Love how it transformed her whole room while still being neutral enough to match her decor.

BEAUTIFUL

I'm in love with this bed. The headboard is absolutely everything. I love that you don't need a box spring, it just makes my life so much easier. The bed itself was pretty easy to put together if you follow the instructions step by step, but it's definitely a two person job in my book. Overall I would definitely recommend this, it's super chic!

Sturdy and Beautiful Bed Frame

This review is for the “Zinus Taylor 38 Velvet Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Split Headboard”. I ordered this bed frame in latte color and in a king size. We own a king size bed, so this platform bed frame was built to fit according to the size of our mattress. My husband and I have been sleeping on it for almost a week now and have a list of things we like about the bed frame and things we do not.

I Love It!

This Zinus Taylor 38 Velvet Upholstered Platform Bed Frame is so beautiful! I love the charcoal gray color and the buttons on the headboard! The frame is made of steel and has an extra brace in the middle of the bed. It has wood slats to hold a mattress without the need of a box spring. It really has a mid century look to it with the steel legs. I was able to put it together in just over thirty minutes. Everything that you need comes in the box.

This charcoal platform bed was just the perfect fit for my neutral colored bedroom. It’s clean lines and upholstered headboard is just the style I was going for. It come a complete with the full bed frame both headboard and footboard.

This bed is absolutely gorgeous and so easy to make. There were literally 5 screws. It’s already made you just have to attach things together. The design assembly is so well thought. Every part of the material is high quality. Instant assurance of making the right decision of ordering this bed. It is sturdy and the velvet is so smooth and luxurious. The packaging was also very organized, all items were neatly packed inside the headboard. The legs are made of steel and are very good looking and solid. The slats are attached in less than a minute. There was velcro already attached on the bottom of slats which you just stick and that’s all. The delivery was super fast. I got my bed within 2 days. Zinus also provided a reversible wrench style screw driver which is so easy to use and would be so useful on future furniture assemblies as well. Overall a 5/5 on this bed. Highly recommended.

Amazing bed

The Zinus Taylor 38 Velvet Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Split Headboard is absolutely gorgeous as well as high end quality! I absolutely love the soft lush head of the bed which allows for leaning against a pillow soft head board without the hassle of moving pillows each time. I am a 150 lb 5'6" female and I assembled and put this bed up by myself in less than one hours time. The assembly process is super easy. I highly recommend this bed! I love the platfo4m bed design which means no box spring is necessary and this platform bed is the perfect height, not too high, not too low. Great bang for your buck.

We got this Zinus Taylor 38 Velvet Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Split Headboard in Latte for our bedroom. Unlike inexpensive furniture from big box stores like Ikea, it was simple to put together. We had it set up in about 30 minutes. Assembly instructions are short and easy to understand. It only took an Allen wrench and 5-6 screws. I'm impressed by the design of the bed and the quality of the parts. You can tell the company spent time thinking about how to deliver great design, quality and an easy assembly experience for the consumer. The frame is made of metal, which is sturdier.
