Great on Induction

I have been using this pan for a few months now. This pan is very good at developing and distributing heat over Induction. The heat spreads up to the rim and has enough mass to keep the heat. I was able to do a batch of pancakes and each set came out uniform without the cycles of batter cooling the pan. The lid fits well, however sometimes the heat creeps into the helper handle enough that I need to use a pot holder.

Highly recommend. The best skillet we've ever had

We purched our 2nd set of Analon pans a few years ago, which was not as heavy and thick as our first set. I preferred the first. But when the skillet finally wore out I replaced it by trying 2 other brands that I found were very inferior. So I decided to go a step up and pay a little more for this one. Best decision for sure. It's so well made. Well worth spending the extra money and it was on a good sale. Should last us for many years!

Terrible Support

The pan itself is very nice and high quality. The fact that the company sent it in such a large box and the glass lid shattered was not so good. The support I tried to get from Anolon is terrible at best. I called immediately after receiving this pan with the broken lid and asked for a replacement lid. The person I talked to informed me it was out of stock and they would send an email when it was back in stock, but couldn't just ship me a new lid when the piece was in stock. Once I received the email saying the lid was in stock I called support and got a totally different answer stating the pan had to be returned and then they would send out a new pan and lid. At that point I was already annoyed with the process and asked to just return the product. The employee said this would be an option and they would send me a return label soon. Its been over a week and I still don't have the return label.

Great Cookware!

Great cookware style, especially for induction stoves. Really good quality with the stainless steel bottom.

Awesome wok

Bought for my daughter. Great size. The dome lid makes it great for steaming anything that’s bulky. Less oil is also used for frying than in regular flat pots. Will be purchasing another one for myself.

Pretty and practical

I love this pan. I use a cast iron for many things, but everyone needs a large multi-purpose pan. This one is perfect. It is non-stick and though they warn against using a fork or knife on the surface, the finish stands up to other utensils. It cleans like a dream and stays beautiful. Cooking with tomatoes can be a problem with some finishes, but not with Anolon. Tomatoes maintain their color and the taste isn't compromised. So, do you think I'm so happy with this pan? You would be right. Buy one.

Superb nonstick frying pan

This is my all-time favorite. Large capacity, withstands high heat, excellent nonstick performance, and has a lid. Great on my glass top stove, and steel plated bottom will work when (if) I get an induction cooktop.

Poor Shipping

You shipped a glass lid and the pan in a paper bag. No box. No bubble wrap. No receipt. No nothing. The handle on the pan is loose. Unbelievably bad shipping. I’m amazed the glass lid didn’t crack.

I had to get a replacement for my first order because it arrived damaged. For some reason it was packed in a single plastic bag that was almost completely shredded when I found it on my doorstep. It had zero padding or protection so of course the pan was scuffed up on arrival. Fortunately customer service helped me out and made things very easy to get a replacement. I appreciate them fixing things and I've gotten my new pan with no issues.

Great Product

I have been buying from Anolon for years. I like the weight, durability, and even cooking this pan provides. It's in a family of 8 environment and we don't eat out. Typically, I go through a pan once a year. Usually, at some point someone used the pan on high heat and residue/carbon stains the pan. After which the pan looses it's non-stick properties. A good cook could make this pan last a lifetime. Kids and absent minded adults who just don't know better ruin any good non-stick pan. With all this said, I buy what I like to cook with. I have the sister 14" pan with helper handle just to cook bacon. The bigger pan is room enough for about 8 thick slices fitting comfortably end to end. The 12" is great for other items and does better on a glass top range as the large heating element is perfectly sized to the. The pan already has great heat transfer, but even better when on the matching element. I suggest to hand wash and to do so while the pan is still warm. A little bit if Dawn and only a wash cloth. Never use abrasive scrubbies. I am sure the dishwasher would be fine, but why waste the space when it's so easy to clean. I hope you enjoy your cookware as much as I.

[Rewarded Review] Perfect size and nothing sticks!

This couldn’t have come at a better time, my other skillets were pretty worse for the wear. This skillet has since replaced them all! I love how high quality and durable this Anolon Skillet feels. It feels very sturdy and the handles feel well applied, not like they will become loose after a few uses. Another great feature is the glass lid, this makes it easy to keep an eye on what you are cooking without constantly opening the lid. Its the perfect size being 12" and it is deep enough too. Its great that it has the helper handle too, it makes it so easy when moving it from the stove to the serving area. You aren't struggling to keep it level so you don't spill your dinner. I think my favorite feature of this skillet is it heats everything evenly. I can place 5 or 6 pieces of chicken in there and they will all be done at the same time. The nonstick surface is great! I have had zero issues with any food sticking. I have made fried chicken, fried steak, stir fry, and even omelets. The cleanup is a breeze as well, everything just slides right out. All around perfect skillet looks wonderful, easy to use, easy to clean, and cooks everything evenly.

I cook everyday and good cookware is essential. I have to say, I was super impressed with this skillet. To start off with, I live the size. It’s huge and so much food fits in there. Then there’s how heavy duty it is. Honestly, I picked it up and was impressed on how sturdy it felt and the weight on it. It’s not your cheap, lightweight cookware. I love the long handle too. The lid is very nice and heavy as well. I cooked beef in it and it didn’t stick at all. It got a good seat without sticking or leaving s mess. Washing was super easy too because everything just wiped off. Definitely a great skillet!

[Rewarded Review] Nice Heavy Pan!

I received this gorgeous Analon Accolade 12 inch Covered Deep Skillet and am in awe. So many times I've looked for a good pan with some weight to it. So many skillets nowadays are so lightweight it is terrible. This one is just the right weight, super easy to use as it has the helper handle. It makes it so easy to take from the stove to the sink. The glass lid is a great weight also. I really like the design of this pan, the way the handle fits my hand and that helper handle. The non stick surface is amazing! It heats so evenly too!

[Rewarded Review] Great Non-Stick Skillet!

I have been a hard core cast iron user for quite a while after years of trying other pans that just got all scratched up after a few uses. I was sure I wouldn't like this pan, but gave it a shot and I have been using it for everything the last few weeks. I will always like my cast iron, but I love how the triple-layer surface is truly nonstick and it is durable enough that you can use metal utensils with it. I have made grilled cheese sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon and Sloppy Joe's, so far nothing has stuck to this pan. It has a nice weight to it, not too heavy, but heavy enough it doesn't wobble on my stove. The eggs cooked very evenly and were easy to flip, this would be perfect for omelets. The grilled cheeses were browned perfectly. I have never used this brand before, but after using it I would love to buy the whole set.

I have been a dedicated cast iron skillet user for quite a while now. I just got tired of buying non-stick pans to have them all scratched up in few months. I have been using the 12" Deep Skillet by Analon for several weeks not and I have found myself reaching for it before my cast iron. I have made grilled cheese sandwiches, scrambled eggs, sloppy joes and bacon just in the last few days. The eggs cooked perfectly, and I could have wiped it out with a paper towel when I was done to clean it. Nothing I have cooked so far has stuck to this skillet. I would definitely buy a set of this cookware. I had heard of the Analon brand before, but not this specific product. I don't like pans that are too light, they don't seem too cook well on my electric stove, but this has a nice weight and doesn't wobble around. My foods all cooked evenly, and it was easy to keep the temperature consistent. My grilled cheese sandwiches were perfectly browned, and my bacon was crispy. I love that you can use metal or plastic utensils and don't have to worry about ruining the finish. This skillet is dishwasher safe, although it is so easy to clean I am not sure I will ever to wash it that way.
