Check They Fit Your Oven

New York Times Cooking recipes frequently call for a half sheet pan, which is why I bought these. Unfortunately they do not fit into my 60cm Miele oven. Something for prospective purchasers to be aware of. Fortunately I have a second large oven where they do fit and they cook well and clean well.

These are not non-stick, however they clean up easily. They feel well made and are fairly heavy duty. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality sheet pans.

I have been using this for cookies recently while on a baking spree and I love how it can hold so many given it’s size. I also have yet to scratch it, which is a huge plus since most of my other pans scratch so easily

These are great Aluminized Steel Half Sheet Pans, but they are not non-stick so you will need something on them when baking, I use parchment paper. These pans are a great size and are very versatile so they can be used for many cooking and baking projects.

Best bakeware

I had been using Anolon cookware/bakeware for 8+ years now. I’m a food blogger so I cook 5-6 times per week. A very durable, easy to cook products. I bought these sheets to replace my another brand lower quality sheets and I am in love with these baking sheets. they are thick/durable, so easy to clean. Highly recommend!

My last pans were in rough shape and got these for baking. I use them with parchment or non stick silicon sheets since these aren't non stick. However they clean off easily if you clean them quickly and work well with spray oil as well. They heat evenly.

These are the nicest sheet pans I own. They are extremely study and feel restaurant-grade. Perfect for large sheet pan meals or for roasting various foods for meal prep. I prepped large amount of veggies and turkey meatballs. Clean up? I was amazed at how easy this was to clean.

I couldn’t wait to use Anolon’s 2 piece aluminized steel half sheet pan set!! I’ve been in dire need of new sheet pans and these have surpassed my expectations. These are extremely high quality sheet pans. I’ve used these daily and they are also so easy to clean. No cooking spray, oil, butter, etc needs to be used on these pans because anything you cook comes off so easily. It cooks food throughout and evenly. They are heavier than other sheet pans but they are made well which is worth it. They’re nice and big and great for baking and cooking. Since using these I’ve thrown out all of my other old sheet pans and will only ever use these. Highly recommend!!

These pans are amazing!! The size the look and the material are all amazing. It’s heavy so it will cook whatever you are making perfectly because of the heat conduction! You can roast, crisp, or bake with these amazing pan sets.

I bake half sheet cakes all the time and these two piece aluminized steel half sheet pan sets are absolutely the best sheet pans you can have. They are very sturdy and they can hold quite a bit of weight. They're rust resistant if you wash them correctly absolutely love them.

We have had many different baking sheets over the years and these are great. My wife loves their sturdiness and how well they clean up. She also loves the way they bake compared with some of her others. These cook evenly and accurately whereas with some of her other sheets she has to adjust temperature or cooking times to compensate for the sheets. Great products.

These pans are super-high quality. Very sturdy and a good size. The non-stick coating is fantastic. You can bake cookies, meats, fish, etc. and absolutely nothing sticks. Everything slides right off with ease. Very easy to clean as well. Highly recommend!

We use these sheets daily for cooking, baking, and reheating. They are thick and heavy duty; they have not warped or started bending in the middle. Easy to clean too because food doesn't stick as much as they do on the other ones I've used.

This pan is nice and heavy. I appreciate non coated aluminum pans. I prefer to use parchment paper but I did roast some veggies directly on the surface and they charred very nicely. No issue with warping. It cleans up well, but I’m starting to have some stains that are requiring more effort to remove. Which is fine, that’s how all aluminum pans are. The deep edges keep all the liquids in. I like how this comes in a 2 pack, I think 2 half baking sheets are absolutely essential for the kitchen.
