Not the best :(

Wanted to love these, but after almost a year I hate the small pan. It has zero non stick ability even when adding oil or butter. I wasn't even going to review but the last straw was my grilled cheese sandwich so stuck to the pan I almost could not flip it without destroying the sandwich. Proof that money does not buy happiness.

Super pan, does lots of things well

Sadly. Someone scratched the surface in my favorite pan after 10yrs, and it’s not made any longer. Began searching for a replacement and found this gem! Same capacity, a bit different configuration, but does everything I want well… and there’s NOT going to be any scratches in this baby!

After a couple weeks I am generally happy with, as I expected to be with my Avolon purchase, with only a minor complaint. Maybe in time I will adjust, but at the moment I am not thrilled with egg cooking, whether fried or scrambled. It seems like the design does not lend itself to that type of cooking. Just might buy a “flat” design egg pan…

Unsatisfied

I have to say I was very disappointed. They are not as nonstick, as they should be. It seems like the little diamonds appealing up already. I use the pans once or twice and I'm very unhappy with them. I was going to return them but I saw your policy and I just said, forget it. I'll just eat the money I spent. But I will never buy another PAN. Thank you

High quality at a reasonable price!

I’ve consistently used expensive pans like all clad and le creuset throughout my cooking career and anolon may just be a new favorite! It’s so high quality and works well on induction, electric, and traditional gas heating elements. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe! A new favorite go-to!

Worst pans ever

I suppose they are fine if all you want to sear steaks or hamburgers. Everything else sticks to the grid in the bottom of the pan. I pre heat it and use oil or butter on medium heat and I can’t make a fried egg or fried potatoes without having them stick. I’ll never buy these pans again. Worse yet I wrote two emails to Analon asking about this and got no response.

Not non-stick. Very disappointed!

Followed all the directions on how to use these pans. No matter what I did or tried to cook, everything's stuck to the pan. I could see if you bought the larger pan to sear meat, then it would work. I've tried to cook eggs, both scrambled and fried, in a few other items. It didn't matter, everything stuck to the pans. Definitely regret that I threw my other pans in the garbage.

AWESOME QUALITY!!!!

Definately not an egg skillet. They tend to stick, especially scrambled eggs. But I have a dedicated egg skillet, so it's not a problem. They fry potatoes, meat, etc perfectly. Probably better than my circa 1920 Griswald cast iron skillet. They also make beautiful grilled cheese sandwiches. Very glad I bought them!

Best Pans I’ve ever used

I absolutely love these pans. They cook very evenly and do not stick. I put them in the dishwasher, they come clean every time and they still look brand new. I will definitely order more when I can afford to. They’re very expensive. I would definitely recommend buying them.

I was extremely excited to try the Anolon X 2.5 Qt. Saucier. Since receiving it, we've used it at least five times. To begin, the presentation of the packaging while unboxing was very impressive to say the least. The Saucier itself is exceptionally durable and has high quality materials. It feels heavy and sturdy, but not too heavy for cooking comfortably. I love the handle style, colors, and see-through top cover. I was completely impressed from the start. I was fortunate enough to try the AnolonX 2.5 Qt. Covered Saucier and let me be the first to tell you, this pan serves in all the ways! This non-stick cookware is engineered to maximize flavor with its SearTech technology and keeps the oil in the middle of the pan, enhancing flavors as a result. I'll be the first to admit that all of the bells and whistles associated with this product intimated this unseasoned chef. However, it didn't take long (or many meals) before I was feeling as seasoned as the meal I was cooking! True to its word, there isn't a scratch in sight.. and that's after washing it in the dishwasher several times. From its beautiful packaging to the saucier itself, Anolon X does not disappoint. I have already purchased another product from them, and I would recommend you do so as well!

I was excited to see the Anolon X campaign and jumped at the opportunity to purchase, sample and review this fabulous cookware. It took a while to get the pot but when it arrived, I was thoroughly impressed. My first thought was, what a great gift this would be for newlyweds or a housewarming gift. The pot arrived packaged and screaming high end and quality. I can't tell you how many times I have used this pot in the last few weeks. I find myself always wanting to use it and pushing my other cookware to the side. Truly a piece that is well made and built to last in the kitchen. I am thrilled I was chosen to participate in this campaign and highly recommend Anolon X cookware.

I chose this particular AnolonX pan because I've seen them used in cooking shows. I have always thought they looked nice, and wondered what it would be like to cook with one. When I saw it was an option, I had to go for it. Most of the other pans which were available I already owned a version. I think it cooks well. Plus, it's a French pan. It is smaller than a saucepan, but it is really good for specific dishes. It's shallow and has a slight flare to it. It is more rounded. These pans are perfect for Risotto, gravy, pastry creams and other dishes which require a lot of whisking, or stirring. We make Risotto quite often, and rice grains can get stuck in the "moat" area around the sides. It's frustrating. The rounder design of a saucer is so it doesn't do that. AnolonX did it great too. The pan heats up evenly which is important for pastry creams and Risotto. The handle is molded well. It fit in my hand perfectly. It's also durable, nonstick and not terribly heavy. While it is nonstick, the AnolonX Saucier pan has a stainless steel base. Stainless steel is a great method for cooking, but this one goes a step further. It sears like a cast iron, yet clean up is super easy. I love my saucier. It sits out on my stove where everyone can admire it. I did receive this pan at a discount for my honest opinion.

I bought these pans and was excited to have some new frying pans. All reviews I have read said they were the best. Boy was I suckered!

Great cast iron substitute

This sears like a stainless/cast iron but cleans up like a non-stick. We recently switched (unfortunately) from a gas range to an electric glass stove-top, and these pans have been clutch as my cast iron has become second-thought over keeping our glass top scratch-free.

Worst "Nonstick" pans ever!

I got these nonstick frying pans as a gift from my wife. She wanted to try the "upgraded" AnolonX pans. She thought, "more expensive must be better" right? WRONG!
