Did not hold up
I purchased this cart for our concession stand. Used it the first time, loaded with much less than the specified 500# capacity and the bolts that hold the wheels on bent making it useless. Returned it. Very disappointed because I was excited for the taller option.
Wheels keep falling out
I bought this cart a while ago but immediately after assemblage one of the wheels would just drop out. I love the idea of it, but it is unreliable and dangerous
Okay but.......
Everything was ok except some of the plastic pieces that were supposed to hold the shelves kept slipping. Fortunately the extra pieces that were included worked. I had just enough to complete the assembly.

Assembly directions unclear but I overcame anyway. Great solid cart
I like the sturdiness of the cart but I hate the flimsy plastic snap-in clamps that break free sometimes. For such a sturdy cart, there should be steel clamps to support the shelves. All in all, I like the cart, love the solid, strong wheels, so I'll keep it.
