Nice, but HUGE

Measure the space that you are looking to buy a medallion for, because this thing is HUGE. Definitely only for large living rooms, bedrooms, etc. I clearly wasnt picturing the size, correctly. It practically takes up a 1/4 of the ceiling in the small area that I was hoping to use it in, lol. Id suggest making a mock-up out of paper, or cardboard. I found this vintage hobnail, milk glass fixture that I love, and was just looking to add a little something to it. I wont be able to use this particular medallion where I originally intended, but Im going to hang on to it, because I really do like the design on this one. I wish they had the same design, in different sizes. My grandfather used this sort of foam, in one of his rentals, except it was moulding. I thought that was really cool. Easier to install, easier to remove, easier to reuse, and it looked great. Zero nails used on the part of the moulding that you see, so, no touch-up caulking, or painting. It was that foam moulding, that made me interested in a foam medallion, as opposed to plastic, or wood. I liked the quality of this one so much, that Im planning on trying to find my second, and hopefully much smaller medallion, from this same company.

Bought this medallion for our dining room light and it is lovely. Brings a sense of class to the room.

Love the color of this medallion, color soft silver but its more like champagne, it looks beautiful with the champagne chandelier

Lovely wall decor!

I painted this with white high gloss latex and hung it on the wall above our bed (along with other medallions I purchased in varying sizes). It looks wonderful, and gives our bedroom a designer feel.

this is my third ceiling medallion. I like them because they add some interest to my rooms at a reasonable price. Saving me the cost of installing crown molding on the walls at this time. I have recommended this to friends.

I absolutely love this medallion!! I got it painted in frost white & it was definitely worth paying a little extra for this. I cannot wait for my husband to put this up. I found this site through Google while looking for a ceiling medallion to cover the removal of a very old light fixture in a tin ceiling (it was actually the electrician who recommended a medallion).
