The screw that hold the leg on is put in on an angle . Also the screw that holds the circular to the top has punctured the finished top and is very noticeable. At the cost to purchase this globe the work has been sloppy to say the least. Therefore we would like a full refund and FedX to pick item up. Thanks.

Inconsistent quality

This is made from beautiful wood, but the drilling of the holes to screw the legs into was off on 2 of the 4 holes, so the legs are slanted. Needless to say, this ruins the look of the globe.

Absolutely love this! Did a lot of hunting before buying this for my boyfriend it was perfect!

I love this globe I have it in the corner of my office and I refer to it almost every day. It's very sturdy and I have not seen one like this before. It's easy to read and it has raised topography. I really like it and I highly recommend it

Simply beautiful. Item was received in excellent shape. Legs required some adjusting with felt pads to balance. Other than that, excellent!

Nice globe, poorly constructed

The globe is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. However, when putting together the stand, one of the fittings was loose in one leg and I had to remove it and glue it in to make it work. It is still not as sturdy as the other 3 legs, it wobbles in the oversized hole.

As an interior designer/decorator I recommend/purchase for my clients. I have purchased this piece many times for my clients and have never been dissappointed. This piece works best in traditional/transitional decor styles. It is fuctional, up-to-date, easy to read, both hemispheres available for easy viewing, and is a lovely, elegant globe. It's a great conversation starter! Allow enough space for the piece, it does take up some room. Will purchase again....
