I have not yet installed the chandelier, but I know that it will be just spectacular above my six-foot round dining table. I can’t wait!

Perfect fit for MCM dining room

After admiring the Meurice chandelier for years, we purchased it for the 12’x13’ dining room in our vintage MCM home. We’re thrilled with the amount of light it emits and with how it looks. It complements the style of the home while remaining understated enough to maintain an open airy feel in the 8’ tall room and allow uninterrupted sight lines through the patio door to the outside.

This is a beautiful piece and has a lot of presence; we used it on our stairs and it’s a great shape and provides a lot of light. It *is* a fair amount of bulb changing, though. ;)

Great with LED

What to update my review from 4 years ago. We now switched to the LED bulbs that are close match to the recommended bulbs in their form and color. It's extremely bright but we keep it on the dimmer. The bulbs we use are by Tesler, LED 16.5 filament globe bulbs 4 Watts dimabble. Each is equivalent to 40 watts incandescent. It took us years to find these. Perhaps more options available now, I would prefer them not so bright but they look so close to the original design, very much as incandescent bulbs.

Great light but gets very hot

Great light and I have gotten a ton of compliments. It is solid but it does get very hot and my electrician has had to change the receptacle twice because of the wattage. You definitely want it on a dimmer

Stunning Fixture

I take my time selecting an addition to my home. Once I saw the chandelier, I knew it was the right one. With a dimmer, it creates every mood in the room you wish for. Truly a joy to see every day anew.

Elegant, beautiful and great illumination

It was not easy to find such an elegant chandelier that has lights pointing up and down. I use it above a dining table that we use quite often and wanted good lighting for the table's surface. This chandelier works great to illuminate the entire room as well. Superb quality! It arrived assembled, love it!

Excellent statement piece

This light fixture had a two month lead time but it was worth the wait. It now serves as a focal point of the entry into our second floor. Fits with both modern and transitional settings perfectly.

Great Bang for the Buck

This light fixture is a great value. It has a ton of style! From a function standpoint, it gives off a great amount of light, without actually taking up a huge amount of space, which was perfect for the project I used it for. One of the arms did come in bent and the electrician was able to bend it back..so it is not a heavyweight quality of metal material, which in this case was a blessing.

Great material, great look, and value. Used it in a clients spare bedroom and works perfect. Would recommend a dimmer. All the bulbs can make the fixture quite bright.

Nice quality. A lot of work to put together. Note, there are a TON of lights on this, so a dimmer is a must.
