I’ve had this door handle installed and in use for approx. 2 months and have loved it until today, when the door knob came completely off as I tried to open the door. There is no way to fix it so despite this being a fairly expensive set, I’ve now got to buy something else to replace it.

These doorknobs are gorgeous and beat the price on any others that are comparable. We purchased them for our front and back door and are so pleased with how they look. We purchased the Unlacquered brass.

I have had trouble with this set since it arrived. The lock was always sticky and progressively got worse. Keys would get physically stuck in the lock. The mechanism works from the interior side, it is the key mechanism (tried multiple different keys - the originals and cut keys). The last use I could not turn my key to lock the door. I had professionals come and fix up until now as I was having work done on the house - however this last situation I had to have the deadbolt removed and have an emergency one put in so I could lock up the house.

A great upgrade to our front door

Not great and duper sad about it. The screw heads kept popping off and now I’m SOL. Beautiful but not worth it. I even hired a locksmith to install them.
