Charming but they SHRINK!
I just got these and hung them for a couple days with my white velvet curtains of the same length. LOVED IT! Washed them as instructed (delicate cold) and they shrunk big time. See photos. Luckily, the only person who will see them closed at night are my husband and me. During the day I’ll part them open. It gave a true cottage feeling to our old farmhouse but beware of the possibility that they’ll shrink…and they didn’t even shrink evenly.
High Quality
I purchased this quilt/spread a few weeks ago. I also have others from Lakeside, so I thought this one would be the lightweight polyester, same as the others. But surprisingly, this is 100% cotton, so it has some weight to it. The color goes well in my room.
Lovely Patchwork Quilt with Coordinating Pillows
This was a fairly reasonable item considering the cost was for 2 pillows. I like the colors and patterns and how I was able to purchase items matching the quilt. I also love that the back side of the quilt is a coordinating overall pattern. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the weight of the quilt. It is not as substantial as the one I have now.
What happened?
I purchased this brand in the past and liked all the pieces. This time, however, the material the curtains are made of is noticeably inferior to older pieces from the same company, as is the craftsmanship. I will be returning them as soon as I am able to get to a shipper.

I love this print. It’s charming and goes very well with my decor. They are definitely not for using, though, and decoration only. They will flatten pretty quickly and don’t really bounce back if you lie your head on them.
