Not as Expected

Chair is painted metal with a wooden back support and fake-looking wooden seat that appears almost plastic. It is not uncomfortable to sit in, just not what was expected, as photos show a more rustic, wood-like chair. Would return if I had held onto the shipping boxes.

DO NOT GET THESE CHAIRS!!! Big mistake, didn't read the reviews but they are right there is no finish leaving the seats & back very rigidity. Not to mention, there is no walnut color you see here in this picture. What I received in 4 separate boxes were orangish- yellow colored wood. My husband seems to think they may pátina over time but I'm not willing to take my chances on that. The metal part was also spray painted to give that illusion. That part didn't look so bad but after putting together the picture they seem very cheap and def not worth the money. Wish I had taken a picture!

Quality, Sturdy Chairs

These Zaire Walnut Finish Dining Chairs are beautiful and very sturdy. They have a great timeless appeal to them. Word to the wise, read the reviews closely. I ordered these with the understanding that the copper color is not a true copper color. Because I read reviews, I knew I wanted them anyway. The "Copper Color" varies from a greenish gold to a bronze on the legs and supports; to a little of true copper tone blending to a bronze on the criss-cross supports. The seats are rustic and I love them that way! I bought them to match my 7 foot across, round, Farmhouse-style table and eight of them fit perfectly. The other amazing thing is that they don't take up a lot of space as a chair, but can comfortably seat my 6"1 husband and my 5'4" frame. YOnly downside is that my husband had a little difficulty putting them together because everything had to be so tightly done. He said he wished the bolts were just a millimeter longer to accommodate the washer included. He ended up assembling them just fine, just without the washer. Once we got over the hurdle of assembling the chairs, I couldn't have better things to say about them. All told, the rustic wood and varying colors of the metal blends my whole kitchen. From the copper sink, to the pecan-stained maple cabinets, to my round Farmhouse with dark walnut finish: they br.ing in all of the rich hues in one rustic statement.

Nice chair but not easy to assemble

Nice looking chair but a real **** to assemble as one of the leg U shape support's hole did not line up at all so I had to manually reem out the holes to get the job done. Ugh!

These chairs are pretty sturdy and look nice, so overall, I like this product They were relatively difficult to assemble, but not impossible, by any meansMy biggest criticism is that the seat is made of kind of a rough wooden finish with a lot of grooves that’s hard to cleanAgain, the seat looks nice and would work well for older kids/adultsHowever, I have 3 young, messy kids who spill a lot of milk and seem to rub peanut butter on everything they can when they eat, and this seat takes more than a simple wipe down to keep grime out of the groovesThat said, I don’t think I’d buy again with messy eaters at home, but overall a good chair

The color was odd and they were very short. Not something I liked. The quality was not great.

Nice color, awful to put together, the metal supports in the back have to be bent out of shape to screw into the base

Unique and beautiful

A little difficult to put together, but it worth the effort! Purchased 4 chairs, planning to buy more.

Rough seat texture and poor quality

Poor quality and not what I expected. The seat finish is very rough and would easily snag clothing. The color of the seat is very uneven and looks cheap. It doesn't look like walnut. I returned the chair.

This is a nice,sturdy chair. Can be used as a dining chair but also a side chair. Great color and seems to be well made.

Beautiful chairs, not so Easy to assemble

Beautiful, sturdy, well made. Not easy to assemble, definitely not a one man job, or for the inexperienced. 90% goes together easily, last pieces, really hard to line up.

Looks nice with my table.

I bought 2 of these chairs. The first one was perfect. There were 2 minor defects on the second. There was a chip in the wooden seat, but it’s in the back and not too noticeable. There were two metal tabs that were slightly bent that needed to be flush against the wooden seat. I fixed those with a rubber mallet.

Turquoise color is much darker

The color in the picture is not accurate. We returned the chairs as the antique was not very evident and the color much darker than it shows in the picture. Quality of materials seems good even though we did not assemble.

My fiance and I...

My fiance and I were recently in the market for a new Chair to replace our old, beaten up hand-me-down. We found the Zaire Chair, and my fiance fell in love. Delivery was fast, and they even brought it into the house for us! We couldn't be happier.

Our furniture has been getting old. And we needed a new Chair so from a recommendation that I received from a friend I decided to try out 1StopBedroom. I sure am glad I did, this Zaire Chair is very attractive and I'm very happy with the price that I paid for the quality of this piece. I heard about 1StopBedroom through a friend now other friends will hear about them through me.

No way

Chair color is nothing like the picture. Picture made it look turquoise, which we wanted. It's mostly black with a few spots of copper showing through. The chair seat looks like unfinished plywood and needs to be sanded before you sit in it.. Also has ridges running across the top that didn't show up in the picture. What's funny is the bottom of the seats are nice and smooth. Assembly wasnt too hard. Ordered 4, put one together and not sure if we want to keep the other three.
