This is the second I’ve ordered over a span of years and the quality and appearance have been consistant. The nails they come with have began to rust a little but all in all a good product.

Beautiful but would be great if made a longer one

This mezuzah is gorgeous and well made. Unfortunately, our scrolls were a few mm too big to fit, and this design does not come in a longer size.

Finish no longer looks like this

We once ordered this mezuzah before and loved it. But when we ordered another one, it did not look like this. Instead the one we received was bright shiny gold which we did not like. They must have changed the finish but did not update the picture. Very disappointing and we had to return it.

The item may be nice

The item may be nice but i ordered it 11/26 for a 12/18 bat mitzvah and it didn’t arrive until 12/20. I emailed customer service a couple of times to get a status and did not hear back. I instead received a form email indicating shipping can take 1-3 weeks, apparently sent in response to many other complaints. You need to change this projection to accurately reflect reality and let your customers plan accordingly. Be honest, say shipping times can take up to three or more weeks, or something similar. I never would have purchased this item had I known 3 plus weeks was the norm. For a high end brand, my experience was very disappointing.
